ABOUT...    Andreas Niebisch and Nigel Tree formed Niebisch & Tree Harps in 1986. The company is based and works out of Belgravia workshops, located in North London. Click here to see map directions. Both Nigel Tree and Andreas Niebisch can trace their training and expertise in a direct line back to the greatest harp makers of all time -- Pierre and Sebastien Erard. Here in Belgravia workshops, quality of workmanship with attention to the accuracy of every detail is of paramount importance to us. We combine the craftsman’s traditional skills and care with modern methods and machinery which allows us to achieve and maintain the highest standards of excellence with maximum efficiency. Niebisch and Tree Harps have been making and repairing clarsachs and concert harps for more than 21 years. Our range of clarsachs, which were designed using the best techniques and methods found in the legendary Erard harps, continue to be very popular amongst discerning harpists. Our concert harp service and repair work is second to none and we pride ourselves on our “same day” service for concert harpists who may have to travel a great distance and want to return home the same day. We also sell Pirastro bass wire harp strings, Bow Brand harp strings, Headway pickups and Harpo harp trolleys.
